1. Simply pour some more water on the vest if it dries out.
2. Put the jacket in the freezer for a short time before putting it on the dog.
3. After the ice vest is wet, stickiness will appear on the surface, which is normal as the polymer resin works. After the water evaporates, it will return to the previous state.
