1. How will my package ship?
It depending on the place of shipment.
If shipping from local warehouse, we usually use Amazon Logistics, USPS, DHL ,Fedex, etc.
If shipping from China, we usually use CNE, YunExpress, EMS, etc.
Standard transit time is 2-20 business days depending on your location.
2. When will my order ship?
Normally, the package ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. If you fail to receive any email, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact our Customer Service Center via mail Service@pecute.net.
If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our departure to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
3. Is shipping free?
At Pecute, shipping on any order is free. You may choose to expedite your shipment for a nominal fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries/regions:
