as soon as I opened it the zipper was missing, also the metal part of the net that you pull out is a bit painful on the back, I don't see myself walking too much with this product. It's heavy and uncomfortable.

Really like the size of this for a larger cat (and can even fit our kitten right now as well!) as the other backpack we got was narrower and also a strap broke almost straight away. This one is a lot sturdier and seems much better built. The pull out tunnel at the back is a bonus, and the cats have enjoyed playing in it when we aren’t going places.

Great quality bag, perfect for my little old man that can’t quite go for long walks like he used to!
